It is Minnesota. So we're mostly not talking about small towns, with a few exceptions. Mainly just Minneapolis and St. Paul. Which, have also been FLOODED with Somalians. The problem has gotten pretty bad. It's the state with the most Somalian migrants. So, I'm guessing the issue is even worse than usual black cities. AND the George Floyd riots ended with the police quitting in droves in Minneapolis. Less cops, more chimping out.

What race commits more crimes? The numbers speak for themselves. Then they can't understand why they have millions of that race in prisons. The desegregation and democrats great society program did this to them. Desegregation destroy all black run businesses that the black use to support. These businesses made some blacks prosper which help keep the families together. Now their is no benefits for the black man to stay home the families better off on programs which give all benefits to them..
