This could definitely happen in some of the more concentrated population centers. But the US has a lot of very spread out areas with low to no mudslime populations. It is possible for us to have a general mud uprising against Whites - there are enough muds spread out across the US for that to happen. But I don't think we'd see the whole country overrun with the slimes.
