It's everywhere. In every desk, in every office, in every classroom, in every break room, in every vending machine, every coffee bar, every café. Every glazed box of morning fucking donuts. Exogenous Sugar. Sprinkles and mounds and globs and packets and cans full of this shit. It fuels and propels Porcine America towards epidemic numbers of obesity, diabetes, cancers, heart disease, low T, fatty liver disease, and a general state of super double plus sized fat assery. Discipline has been jettisoned. Moderation, abandoned. Junkies of the all too readily accessible monosaccharide waddle, slurp and root through the available troughs and spoonfuls of sloth a degradation.

War has been declared. Sugar is the enemy. Recognize, prepare and act accordingly.

Gave up all soda myself a few years ago. Won't touch anything with fake sugars (they are far worse than the real thing) and nothing with fucking corn syrup. A few months after I did, I was down 30lbs and it's stayed off.

Good for you. did the same for my entire diet initially bc 'muh lockdowns' , three years on dropped 30 kg - just diet and very light exercise.

Gave up all refined sugar during le lockdowns (except a single teaspoon in the morning with my only coffee of the day/ a triple expresso with real cream). Zero soda, candy, takeaways. Completely reworked my diet. all my food/ meals are as natural/ organic / grass fed etc as possible , and all home made/ slow cooked/ simple but high nutrition value.

Really amazed at the vast amounts of low nutrition/ high seed oil/ sugar foods most normies plow into their face each day. Took my young niece to a physio appointment the other day - on the way home she had me stop at a burger fuel franchise - she brought four burgers and four large fries and some desert thing - NZD 128.00 - im like 'holy fck', that's almost as much as i spend for an entire week for groceries me and two young boys.

I've been off sugar for two years now. It's amazing just how bad that shit really is when you finally kick the bad habit. So many little things improved that I would not have been able to point to sugar as being the underlying cause. It was a bit difficult at first, but after the second month of going cold turkey, I no longer have the desire to eat sugary things. Sugar just tastes like shit now so it's easy to avoid.

Get off the junk. It's poison and the kikes know it.

But why is there sugar everywhere and in almost every food product? Sugar is pretty much worthless as an nutrient to humans, why do so many people have irresistible craving towards it?
