It’s worse than that, it does know. Notice how it covers its face during the whole approach but then stops to ring the doorbell and hides off to the side? The monkey knows it’s a camera and still displays its face and weapon. Literally retarded
It lacks the ability to think more than ~10 seconds into the future and has no object permanence so by the time it started moving off to the side it forgot about the camera again already and was just getting ready to ambush once the door was opened.
