Compare the immune system and intestinal flora from an infant born and raised on an early industrial era farm to a post modern infant immune system and gut flora and I'd bet it's light years different. Today's gut is full of not only chemical cancer shit soup, it's too clean.

Fresh raw milk /= days old pasturaised milk

As should be no surprise, adults are far less sensitive than babies. So we can handle milk without beneficial microorganisms, as well an slight impurities and pre-stages of rancidness.
