"I like equity" - That's a fucking stupid statement. Totally fucking stupid. Equity (equality of outcome) is possibly the worst concept that you could ever uphold. It is the core of Communism, and what leads to massive piles of corpses. There is not equality of outcome because people (both individually and in groups based on race or culture) are not equal. You could bitch about whether that means one is better than the other, but that isn't really the point, they are different. Primarily that is because they have, over an evolutionary time scale, evolved to handle the environments that they encountered. So, people who lived in warm climates with the ability to hunt and gather throughout the year tended to remain as primative hunter gatherers (africans and abos). They did not develop high IQs because that was not required for their survival. Or, put another way, the stupid ones didn't die of exposure or starvation if they didn't prepare for the winter. Europeans and Northern Asians on the other hand had to prepare for winter, otherwise they would die, also but the warmer seasons were warm enough to grow crops and raise livestock. So, you don't end up with the eskimo scenario, where the only viable survival strategy is basically hunting. The opportunity to grow and store food, and the necessity of doing so to prevent death over winter pushed these people to evolve in a particular direction, that was higher IQ and reciprocal altruism. The stupider races could have evolved higher IQs, but it was not something that their environment forced, so the costs of that evolutionary strategy (longer child rearing, greater portion of the productive output of society spent on education, fewer children per family) did not outweigh the alternative strategy of spitting out a bunch of dumb kids, many of whom died, but for which there was little need to expend resources to get them up to speed in the particular society.
