Search is kinda like , if you accidentally a single letter, it won't return anything (I checked the logs and it doesn't show anything - I only log errors for debugging purpose).
You need to make sure you are on the front page when searching (and not in a sub) otherwise you'll only get results from the sub you're searching in.

Search phrases were identical, they were still saved by some autofill feature of the browser. Must've not been on the front page. Thank you.
