It doesn't prove that. Notice that this published application is a continuation-in-part (CIP) of an application filed in 2019. Applicants are allowed to add new material in a CIP that was not in the ancestor applications. The provisional application date is the earliest filing date they could rely upon, but only for subject matter which was fully disclosed as of 10/13/2015. If you look at US Patent 10242713 (based on the first non-provisional application in the chain), it says nothing about covid-19.
