Listening to Rand Paul's last speech it made me think that you should blame both parties at all times. It's funny because I could say the same thing about him. He's blaming them for not doing enough or going along with it but how effective is he in the mechanics of political structure and law? If he doesn't get creative he will end up like Ron, living and eventually dying with regret.
