It needs to encourage high IQ whites to have more children, as well as athletic whites. By "more" I mean like 10+ per family. We need to encourage high-school sweethearts to have families and not "wait for college". Remove the social stigma from this entirely. They've been culling our best and brightest for centuries via genocide/wars, cultural brainwashing (encouraging smart women to race mix or delay childbirth or not have kids), and poisoning us with fluoride and vaccines. There's damage to reverse.
