An individual goes in for a job interview. The employer says that they pay extremely low wages and offer horrible working conditions. And if that person doesn't take the job, there are dozens of other people who will.
Across town a worker asks for a raise and better working conditions. The employer says no. And that if they quit, there are dozens of others who will take the job.
People claim that this is because of "billionaires", and horrible companies and bosses. But the fact is that it is caused by overpopulation and mass immigration.
If there were more jobs and fewer people, then employers would be forced to pay more and offer better working conditions in order to have any workers at all.
Right now, you are not special. You are not useful. You have no value because you can be tossed aside and replaced at any moment. And the reason why is because there are more people than jobs; because of overpopulation caused by mass immigration.
I'm all for depopulation so long as it's kikes and shitskins.
There are tons of job openings in the medical field. Seriously. No one wants to work in hospitals right now..
No one wants to work in hospitals right now..
Makes sense. Why commit yourself to a job (or a career) where they can at any moment demand you get injected with whatever they want.
Yeah we're still fighting that where I am. This year about 4 new people in my department (out of about 50) are trying to get exempt from flu vaccine. They are being denied exemption with threats of termination. This blows my mind, as the department is already short staffed
Meh, I think it's an ego stroke. Everyone EVERYONE wants paid more for what they do, EVERYONE!
It's true, everyone wants to get paid more, and think that they deserve to get paid more.
But why did boomers with high school educations get hired, trained, and then paid enough money to own a house and support a family?
Answer - Because that's what employers needed to do in order to have enough employees to operate.
Why aren't companies doing that now? Because there are more people than jobs. Why are there more people than jobs? Because of mass immigration.
Kick out all the immigrants, and employers will be forced to bend over backwards for their employees in order to stay in business.
