HandsomeTruth is controlled op, anyways. Encouraging his audience to exercise "free speech" rights by spreading pointless fliers that brainwashed NPCs will only react to with disgust so that white nationalists can be more easily identified and mapped out by the government. They have license plate readers everywhere. If you're going around at 3 AM throwing flyers they will have no problem figuring out who you are, where you live, and placing you on a list of potential extremists. Then once they are ready to start rounding up dissidents they will be at your front door.

Has he ever been arrested or detained? It seems like he's able to drive around and do things that would result in a police encounter and possible detainment for most people. Does he have an army of high-paid lawyers protecting his actions?

Conops always have a way of getting away with it because of "muh Constitutional rights." Each and every day you see activists being harassed by police, sued for nonsense, intimidated in every way by the establishment yet some, like HT, seem untouchable.

There was one HT video where he was berating a car full of Jews with the GDL. I can't imagine a group of white people doing that, filming it, and not getting rounded up by the police. He's like Ray Epps, a goyim wrangler working with a federal agency. When he speaks about issues I don't detect any genuine passion or fire. Let me know when he gets dragged through the mud and bruised up a bit.

Nothing you said here is evidence for what you claim.

He hasn't been arrested (in the U.S.) because of the 1st amendment. He's walking a thin line and most certainly gets counselling from lawyers on how to do his actions without breaking the law. The last one for example, he knew that hanging banners on an expressway's bridge isn't illegal. Cops (one was a chink, all the others were spics) tried to intimidate him and he destroyed them with simple questions regarding the law (they were supposed to know, but obviously didn't).

Same thing applies for the flyers. He knows which states don't consider dropping them as littering.

That's why the jew-owned MSM and ADL are trying to make people believe cops are investigating these cases (lol they aren't and even admitted that it wasn't an offence/felony), but you'll also notice they never branded the content of these flyers as lies. They always pull the "Muh hollowcost" card.

So unless you have hard evidences he's what you claim him to be, I will take your words with a bag of kosher salt.

Yes. Most recently in Poland I believe, where it's illegal to question the holohoax. Of course it's a fine or something there.

There are videos of police bothering him for exercising 1st amendment rights. They typically fail the encounter because he rightly knows he's not doing anything illegal and knows what to say to them instead of being a cuck.

They have to follow the laws where they operate. It says right there in the screenshot: "... host content that is illegal according to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany"

Also worth noting that Odysee is built on LBRY and all content posted on LBRY network cannot be removed. As long as someone is P2P hosting the content it will be there. If you are in Germany you can still access it via the blockchain using the LBRY Desktop client: https://lbry.com/windows

If the content is blocked in jewrmany, that means they are renting servers there, which is completely retarded knowing your user base has been sharing JQ related content (since they started this service) that is considered illegal in jewrmany.
