I wonder how much resource and cost it would take to re-make that exact setup. Twin or quad prop plane, with the same seat density, and the same interior decor. While being served the exact same way. Not even modern first-class is that good.

Modern air safety regs wouldn't allow all that stuff (pots of hot coffee) flying around the cabin if you hit turbulence. You can get this level of service if you book a private jet.
