Honestly, my first thought was that it couldn't be true so I manually went to the St. Louis Metropolitan PD (slmpd.org) site to see for myself. While I couldn't easily find the graphic linked in the OP I could easily find the 2017 Summary (slmpd.org) stats, which speak for themselves. I'll dig around some more but it looks like the article is legit.
