That's why this was so weird for me- Tommy is not a super famous, rich celebrity. He was a mildly successful YouTuber with his own website, reporting on nigger crimes. So if his little callsigns start creeping their way into the common lexicon... that means his message is being heard by people who then regurgitate it.
