Heh, no one mention how they threat this "domestic terrorists" in jail. In time when serious criminals are released, they keep ordinary people in jail, not only that... they use some ... illegal shit, to say it very polite. Most of time worst thing in jail are other prisoners, but guard usually don't fuck with inmates, until they are provoked on one or another way. But it's like someone not only give them free hand, but also push them to do some crimes against inmates.
