It makes a nice tax write-off, too. "Donate" money, filtering it through your shadowy finances, gaining more income in the process while trotting around as a philanthropist.

Like Apple the original owner and the engineer programmer that started it knew their shit now we have a lawyer that specializes in IP and tax avoidance. This is what will eventually run all tech companies into the ground, no vision, no talent in field of company product, yeah clownworld CEO lawyer land. Actually Steve Jobs was dead weight with Wozniak pulling most of the magic that made Apple great. Remember, Steve Jobs was bailed out by Bill Gates for 300,000,000 dollars to avoid an anti trust, and Apple had already gone bankrupt twice before they got that cash infusion. For those wondering, pre diversity it was HP. Post diversity it became HP(defunct) -> HP. Inc(new hp) -> HPES (business division)-> DXC (curry munch division)-> Perpecta (government contracts which couldnt be outsource, but fuck it we really tried to)

CEO pay should be maxed out at about a million for the best ones that didn't start and own the company as the company creator and no company bonuses that exceed 25% of salary for anyone. This way it curbs inflation caused by excessive executive pay. Also board members get nothing, they own most of the stock so they are paid enough in profit, if they are paid it is not deductable as a payroll expense like actual workers and the board members have to pay the taxes on it as a single asset without deductions of any sort so that celebrity getting a 50k salary to attend 4 meeting a year or 12 monthly meetings will disappear. No one on a board that is not an investor that has no knowledge in the companies field as in no actor hired at Intel without a thorough knowledge of cpu design and manufacturing.
