First "Thanks Boobs for keeping the lights on, really appreciate that" Then ask for stuff. This is the pattern I see with everyone who complains. They want me to do things but I never get so much as a thanks man. Which makes me inclined to think you did something to trigger what ever happened to you, no civil discourse. I'm not saying you did I haven't dug into your case but I'm not inclined to spend the limited time I have doing it when this is what I get.
