This is literally it. Stop overeating. Period. Drink water. I had a family member that gave every excuse under the sun for why she can't lose weight no matter how much she eats less blah blah blah and then she gets sick, eats less for a week and magically loses weight.

While that's true, I don't mean eat less, I mean stop eating. Period. It is impossible for a fat person to starve, as long as they get their electrolytes.
