Actually exercise has little hope of changing your weight and promoting it kills people's attempts to try.
Not eating is the fastest and best and least harmful risk way to lose weight and completely lazy people can do it while not moving and watching tv. That is why it works. Its also the cheapest way and requires no gyms or weights or new clothes or expensive food. Simply eat nothing and take vitamins and drink water.
I don’t know who told you it’s good to encourage people to be lazy bastards, but it’s wrong. Sure, you can starve yourself and drink more water, but you’ll end up looking like an emaciated weirdo.
Moderation is key. If you’re afraid exercise will injure you, take baby steps.
Seriously, encouraging people not to exercise is pure retardation.
