Many deeds had those "discriminatory" Conditions in them. All of which were invalidated years ago. Many deeds included not only niggers, but orientals, chinamen, spics, beaners, greasers, juden, retards and "people of ill-repute". All such deed provisions are nowadays invalid and of no legal effect.

I have the deed framed on my wall in the hallway. It may not technically be legal but the owners we bought it from chose us over a black family that put an offer in because they didn't want them niggering the neighborhood up, their words. Good on them.
