I know somebody who does surveying and goes to the courthouse all the time to research original property documents. There are more places than you think that said “no niggers” in the deed restrictions but are now nigger towns.

The entire state of Oregon was a nigger-free zone I til just a few years ago.

Where I'm at is still pretty untouched by nigs, thankfully. The city is well on its way to becoming major though, so it's only a matter of time. They're building 50,000 new houses in the area right now.

Well, I think there's a lot of places, so. It's common sense if you want to have a nice town/neighborhood.
