Where I'm at is still pretty untouched by nigs, thankfully. The city is well on its way to becoming major though, so it's only a matter of time. They're building 50,000 new houses in the area right now.

We watched "A Raisin in the Sun" in school, and I always thought the white guy who tries to pay the black family to move was the bad guy.

I was forced to read that shit too. Turns out blacks who descended from slaves from the north were actually quite well integrated in the late 1800's, early 1900's. They acted white, their kids went to school with whites and their families produced doctors and lawyers. Whites treated them better than they did the Irish and treated them the way modern whites treat Asians, Indians and other non violent minorities.
Nobody wanted segregation in the north until they received a massive influx of southern blacks during the 1920's and onward looking for economic opportunity in the rapidly industrializing north. The southern Blacks, who were 90% of the Negro population at the time, were far more violent than their northern counterparts, committed more crime, lacked class, etiquette, spoke vulgarly in public and disgusted Northern Whites in general that they did everything they could to separate themselves. There was a study at the time in Philadelphia that showed that blacks who came from south were 5 times more likely to commit homicide than a negro who originated from the north.
Turns out, if you act like savages, civilized people won't want to live near you.

Thanks for this, as a northerner I could never understand why there seemed to be 2 classes of blacks. This explains a lot. As I grew up I watched the cities change, their language changed too, became more.... southern now that I look at this way it I guess. I do recall that the real nogs I came across all seemed to say they had family in the south, those that were of the more civil type (used loosely) said that their family was from the north (and by north I mean North East).
I've moved south now, and have to say that I despise the nogs and sheboons I have to interact with by proxy of being here. They are just so slow they seem literally retarded (which they are by technical IQ standards).

I learned all of this from Thomas Sowell's Discrimination and Disparities, it's a great book that pretty annihilates every leftist talking point with things like the gender pay gap, black failure, or the ridiculous notion that America is tailor made for whites when Asians exist.

Many deeds had those "discriminatory" Conditions in them. All of which were invalidated years ago. All such deed provisions are nowadays invalid and of no legal effect.

I have the deed framed on my wall in the hallway. It may not technically be legal but the owners we bought it from chose us over a black family that put an offer in because they didn't want them niggering the neighborhood up, their words. Good on them.

Fun fact: the FHA (Federal Housing Administration) makes it essentially illegal to write letters to a seller, or in any way allow the seller to sell the house to the person they feel is a best fit without an agent involved. Unless you want to front the attorney cost that is. If black rock comes in and give you 25% more for your house and you deny, they can technically sue you for not selling it to them based off highest price offered. Really, Americans dont have property rights anymore
