I do think there are more intelligent asians than anyone else, but i think whites have other traits that more than make up for that. The trend of being bug people and not giving a shit is a big detriment in some asian societies.

Rural Chinese are known to be hard working people because they can't really cheat their way when there's nothing to cheat about.

I think it relates to a cultural thing. If you help someone it means you are responsible for their misfortune and feel guilty. Also, lots of scammers who will accuse you of being responsible, you'll end up having to pay hospital fees and financial compensations.
No wonder why the market of dashboard cams is so profitable (in Russia and China).
Though it's a harder thing to do now with CCTV cams everywhere, especially when you know that they are controlled by AI.
