The only strategy that has ever stalled or postponed the enemy's advance is legitimate Mutually Assured Destruction. The only reason the enemy has reasserted his genocidal momentum is because MAD was taken off the table. It is long past time to return MAD to the primary self defense role, but expand it and make it available to everyone.
