I'm in the first trimester with baby #3 and I feel you. Girls are totaly brainwashed with so much fear based propaganda around giving birth. THe media and Hollywood constantly pushes fear and trauma surrounding birth and child rearing- it's insane! Both of mine were born naturally and without pain meds at a birth center and I plan for the same with this one. And I agree about the cost issue. People do make a big deal out of how expensive it is to raise a kid but it doesn't have to be. My kids will share a bedroom, big fucking deal. People's heads are seriously fucked up in this country. It's amazing how successful the mind control has worked. PS. Congrats on the pregnancy!
