You're pretty close. 1969 was the high point for the human race. We didn't reach the stars, but we reached the moon. We've been in slow decline ever since. The most troubling aspect of it is the decline in intelligence, which has been going on for at least a full century, maybe several centuries. Couple that with the decline in the number of whites, and the explosive increase in non-whites. When our intelligence goes down, nothing good comes from it. We're looking at a new Dark Age of ignorance, disease, poverty, and war. Almost nobody will be able to read. Those who can won't be bright enough to understand anything about a six-grade level. We will lose our electronic gadgets, including our cell phones. The electronics revolution will be erased. We will go back to the lifestyle of the 1930s, maybe all the way back to 1900. Earth's population will drop to about 1/10 what it is today, through starvation, disease, and warfare. This will persist for centuries, or it may be permanent.

There are no underwater cities. No rich fuck just throwing around billions of money to construct an underwater city. We just don't have enough competent people around the world to make that a reality. Mars is just a joke.
