3rd generation Californian here, I've thinking of moving, but I really don't want to deal with this kind of bias. It's a huge state and we don't all agree.
Not all conservatives are wealthy, some of us are fast approaching refugee status here. Gov Newsom is a cabal elite, ruthlessly trying to drive out anyone who opposes him.
If they try and force some barely tested mystery vaccine I'll have little choice but to flee somewhere. Most likely I'll have to sell my car as soon as I reach Nevada or the angry mob will vandalize it as soon as I walk away, just like OP's pic.
