Try to tell that to an eat beast and they’ll act like you are asking them to commit suicide. I have a theory that the reason mega fats have such strong emotional resistance to lose weight is that their brains want to keep the fat. Holding onto fat is an evolutionary advantage, but we are meant to lose weight in hard times. Mega fats are usually too stupid to get past this mental barrier.
