There's nothing requiring a company to support political agendas, though there's a potential problem with banning Brandon from racing his car until it's repainted. Depends on the contract and whether a jury would consider NASCAR deliberately approved and withdrew approval in order to punish him.

I'm going to say that, yes, a private company, even one as big as NASCAR, has the right to dictate its terms. They're a bunch of idiots who are alienating their own best customers though.

This has nothing to do with a company forcing or being forced to support anything. This is about companies not allowing their employees/partners to accept money because of THEIR political beliefs.

To page through and find the exact wording as to the teams rights and the corporations (fagcar) is going to take a large team and countless hours to figure out. Often the $ wins out as the judge gets bought off....which is why i say "good luck" because the law is only as good (these days) as to which side has deeper pockets.
