Trump 2.0 has the evidence, the support of the majority of the People to do what must be done. Military Tribunals are the answer, the Judicial system is too corrupted. Trump does mean it.

She would have been found innocent by the corrupted courts at that time, eliminating the possibility of retrying her in another trial. I believe his strategy is to go after her during Trump 2.0 after dismantling FBI/DOJ infiltration. Or, maybe Mil Tribunals are the answer in Trump 2.0
