States and counties do not have access to that money or ability to determine any other aspect of tariff policy.

Tariffs are a federal jurisdiction. Property tax is a state and county issue

I do not derive income from the home I live in and raise my family in. Fuck them for endless taxation on my home. Tax commercial property and rental property, not family homes
