As you can see, they had complete coverage.

Makes you wonder how on earth they allowed the shooter to access the roof, let alone crawl up it & fire several shots.

I've been thinking at least USSS/DHS were in on it to create the opportunity, and FBI/CIA provided the patsy and bombs. A "state sanctioned" assasination attempt much kike JFK. It's been a matter of filling in the blanks ever since. So far it still makes sense to me. (((DS))) players did this, and missed.
