I don't think there was anyone on the water tower. The shadow in the middle of the tank was a painted emblem, shadow on the top was a shadow from the sun shining on the tit at the top. The poor optics by the phone camera created an illusion that those shadows might be people. I do think there were at least 3 shooters total. More investigation is needed to get all of the answers.

IDK. I saw Chris Martensen's basic audio analysis but even he said it needed a professional forensic accoustical analysis for the last few shots heard. I haven't seen a better analysis yet, hopefully one is coming soon from an unbiased source - or one is out there that I haven't seen yet.
