I was having a discussion with another guy on these things and he brought this up, I'm not sure if Trump would change his stance on topics such as this in 6 years and maybe especially given what's just happened to him. He might double down on his gun-control.
I figure it's interesting to know these things so you know what type of character you're dealing with when we talk about Trump. His major point seems to be illegal aliens but the other side of the coin unspoken seems to be his pro- gun control stance.
Your post is relevant today. It points out that his thinking isn't always aligned with freedom.
Let's face the facts: as a society we can never elect anyone that will be suitable to everyone. We can never vote our way out of tyranny. Every once in a while we will be required to tear down the state and remove the garbage.
I'm only pro gun control with people crossing the border to here. It shouldnt be extended to legal citizens, all people who've been found crossing the border or having illegally passed at one time should be forced to forfeit all weapons. But as we all know, when we make rules that sound good to protect us its really just going to be used to shaft us in the ass

By default Illegal Aliens have already committed a crime in crossing the border illegally which should prevent them from owning any weapons.
I think that's made very clear in the clip. OP wasn't trying to deceive. This is clearly back from his presidency, and it's still relevant.
