A lawsuit that gets tried in a court where the judge is a bench-activist who is against Trump? They rigged the whole court system. How can you believe that they would have a fair trial on something like this? They'd probably shut it down posthaste so they don't even have to bother with it. They'll call it "fair us doctrine".
We won't know until it happens. Until then, I think it is a reasonable deterrent. Any fool that tries to exploit it will become dog shit in they eyes of the MAGA movement and can kiss their republican political career goodbye.
