In fairness, he didn't say which administration. I agree with @Anticlutch that Trump didn't break the law. He'd never be stupid enough to put himself in that position -He knows they're looking for an iota of anything they can pin on him. If they had anything of substance, it would have come out a lonnnggggg time ago. I have a decent understanding of Trump's most ardent attackers. They are willing to spend money to discredit Trump, but they wouldn't be going to the lengths they are if they didn't consider Trump a real threat.
