Short and succinct. There really wasn't any more that needed to be said, the UniParty had plenty of votes and nothing could change that. I think Trump meant it for clarification, not inspiration.

If it was a true shank, I think MAGA would scream and they would be holding a vote as to whether McCarthy keeps the chair. I think MAGA did the best the could with what they had to negotiate with, the opposition was too strong on this vote and there was no path to outright defeating it. That's what I get from Trump's comment. He was essentially taking the MAGA Movement anger and blowback off the MAGA Reps who faced an impossible situation.
