He's got a lot of problems in his personal life and he was elevated to celebrity by his relation to his famous father. I wouldn't count on a person in this situation to perform well as it is, but you also probably have to account for various managers, handlers, and confidants maliciously leading him to bad paths. There's an element of personal responsibility, sure. And he's making money. So it's hard to feel really bad for him. But yeah nobody should really take this man seriously.
