It's better for the people that they actually get help from fema and testing so they don't accumulate that shit into their bodies. You'd have to be a psychopath to want the people to keep being exposed to those chemicals without knowing what's there, or to get them any help with clean water, accommodation and food.

Fema should have been onsite the next day, regardless of political machinations. At an accident scene that should have not occurred.
