Many of us are aware it can only be done via the individual States legislatures and not via the US Court system or SCOTUS. Evidently Trump didnt know, nor did powell, lin wood, pillow guy or the forty plus other cases. How did they fck that up so blatantly?. It can only be determined and addressed in the States legislatures - yet they avoided the States legislatures and got millions in donations to conduct a 'Dog and pony'.

Everyone knew there was some small scale fraud but had no way of capturing and quantifying it like we have today. It is up to the State and the people to detect and remedy fraud.

Printers do leave microdots on the printed paper indicating make, model and s/n of the printer used. That is a standard feature on most modern printers. Gregg Phillips or another analyst may have mentioned that.
