ok, IANAL so I really don't understand this one. Why is scheduling a meeting instead of having DOJ produce all of the documents so that he can start 'scanning' them (or whatever his process will be) ?

I think the 1sr meeting will set up the priority documents and schedule, physical possession of docs and related matters for review. Judge will define the process and expectations. But I'm not a LAWFAG.
