Drop in rattles around and slippery. Spray on expensive. Don't know about mats.

I'm sure you can get a custom fitted rubber mat. If you don't want to go that route, rubber horse mats from a farm store and cut to fit. You'd probably end up spending just about as much as having someone line it for you.

I phrased it poorly. Being aluminum, it's not going to rust out. Average owner doesn't need it is what I was attempting to poal.

Gotcha. Yeah, aluminum doesn't rust but you need to just protect the metal/paint and keep stuff from sliding around. The horse mats have gotten pricy so that's why I say you may be butting up against the cost of spray/roll ons. What @socksoncats posted though looks like a nice alternative.

I did a ton of research and finally picked the DualLiner. Could not be happier with it. Durable as all hell and easy to install.

Also got one of those BakFlip MX4 aluminum bed covers. That’s really good as well.

I personally like the undercover flex over the mx4 any day.

Not sure how pricey the spray ins are where your from but I sell them for 525 for a short bed under the rail.

Undercover Flex is also a good choice.

Here in CA, spray in is really pricey. Like twice what you’re quoting.
