Unfortunately, a lot of them hung up the keys when the roads got flooded with these clowns. The good ones that are still out here tend to just keep to themselves. Hardly anyone even runs a CB anymore. Truckstops are nightmares if you can even get parking. There's roughly 7 trucks for every 1 spot.
Anyway, a lot of the old school guys just drive at night. I run at night with them because it's just an all around better experience. No traffic, weigh stations are closed for the most part, no waiting 30 minutes to get on the fuel island, no traffic, and pick of the litter for parking in the morning.
