So.. You wasted at least an hour+ of your life and $150 to try to mildly annoy someone that you could have left in your dust and moved on with your life. If that fuckhead was a piece of shit they may have shot and killed you or rammed you off the road.
Most states have laws about minimum speed limits on the interstate or highway. Report them for reckless driving, say they are driving too slow and crowding lanes and acting erratically, maybe you suspect they are drunk or high, then pass them and move on with your life.
You were the one that lost, not them. They did not get pulled over, you did. Maybe it "felt good" to you at the time but they will never think about you again other than the occasional "this one time some asshole was fucking with me and he got pulled over. Fuck him".
Oh, and since you got the ticket. You are not "legally" fucking with them.
Lessons were learned. That guy had a campfire set up in that lane and he wasn't budging. He won that fight so many ways it's embarrassing.
Legally fucking with someone is now. That was a story of me having a couple helpings of humble pie. I get what you're saying, calm down.
