The officer survived with non-life threating injuries
That's a fucking shame. Darwin missed his lump of flesh.
Who's at fault?
The fucking COP maybe?

He had his lights on, full authority to roll through a red light without slowing down and crossing safely. Haha
Having your "lights on" doesn't magically give an 80,000 pound semi the ability to stop on a dime. Unless the semi ran the light, the ZOG jackboot was at fault.
My comment was in jest. Of course it's the cop's fault.
Flashing red and blue lights can make a loaded tractor-trailer magically stop? OK
The only shame here is the cop didn't Darwin himself.

Be that as it may, the cop at least is broken the laws of physics. Unless he forgot to engage the "phase out of the universe" button so he could pass through that trailer. Or maybe he drove up a ramp off screen and was going to some Knight Rider jumping over the truck trailer shit.
EDIT: The cops is NEVER at fault. That driver's CDL is probably already suspended and they're working with the DA to invent some charges that will make it impossible for him to find work ever again.
My comment was in jest. Of course it's the cop's fault.

They always try to make it the truck drivers fault. Remember the video where they were arresting the nurse for refusing to provide a blood sample to the cops because her patient was incapacitated and couldn't give consent? The patient was a truck driver that was involved in an accident caused by a police chase. They were trying to come up with something so they could put blame on the truck driver.
So that's how my package got damaged. Reminds me of those exploding car toys we used to have. Hard to tell by the lights who had right-of-way
It's clear the truck had a green light judging by the green right turn signal for the troopers direction.
I was thinking the truck by the other lights being red, didn't catch the right turn signal on green. So, yes.
