Not a bad idea. But first I would rather see them stop making roads using petroleum products. Oh and tires too. With all of our technology and "great minds" we are still building our roads and tires with petroleum products? To me this seems really stupid. We wouldn't have to pay taxes for road crews to do a shitty job fixing the roads if they made them properly in the first place. Job security... If they really fixed the roads they wouldn't have that extra tax money to steal and not actually put towards what it was paid for.
