Guess the race?

Sidenote: I'm not condoning shooting someone over a road rage incident but there's clearly more to the story that this guy isn't telling. If you can't safely merge onto the interstate, especially at 12:30 am, you shouldn't be driving a tow truck.

Sounds more like the tow truck driver showed his ass about some slight and it was answered with a solution he wasn't ready for.

Alfaro says it all started when he tried to merge onto Interstate 35, but the tractor trailer wouldn’t let him.

That's not how merging works Alfaro.......

“It wasn’t a lot of traffic. It was 12:30 a.m.”

Translation, this guy decided he wanted the only occupied spot on the road at 12:30AM and got popped for it. Not saying he should have been shot but zero fucks given.
