I don't know what TX is doing, I haven't been down there in probably 5 years and it was just to pick a truck up. I only stay in my two state area mostly but the next state over used to have a scale open all the time and now they can't get any help to run it so maybe TX just can't get anybody to do the DOT enforcing. I don't know why anybody would want to do that job, The tickets can be so high it can ruin a small company all because somebody takes a wrong turn.
