I honestly wouldn't go as far as to say they're missing the point. They're just tailoring their company to accommodate travelers/vacationers. I get it. They spend more money. But these big chain "travel centers" are still trying to act like truck stops in the off seasons to keep money flowing. Again, I get it. I'm just saying it's obvious what they're doing to any driver that isn't absolutely retarded. So I choose to spend my money elsewhere. Where I'm "wanted" without trying to sound too much like a fucking queen.
